Flourish Yoga classes offer strong anatomical alignment with slow paced flow in coordination with breath work. Adjustments are offered frequently throughout practice to assure proper alignment in the asana (posture) and offer the most out of student's yoga practice.

All classes are limited to fifteen students per class which offers a unique semi-private setting. Karina’s background in Physical Therapy provides awareness to modification for injuries/chronic pain for yoga postures.

Yoga props (bolsters, blocks, straps, etc) will be used throughout the yoga practice to deepen and support yoga asanas.

If you own a mat, please bring it to class. However if you forgot or don’t own one the studio has them available for free to use.
